Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are only issued for duplicate payments or unintentional billing errors.
  • No refunds will be issued for consumed quota or active use beyond 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellation:
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be provided.

How to Request a Refund:
Email us at refund@getchatlane.com within 3 days of the transaction. Include:

  • Your registered email
  • Payment ID
  • Reason for refund

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days if approved.
