We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jharkhand, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Refund Policy

At ChatLane, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our goal is to provide a powerful and reliable WhatsApp marketing platform. This policy outlines the circumstances under which ChatLane will issue a refund.
1. Subscription Fees
ChatLane operates on a subscription basis. All our paid plans (Standard, Growth, Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your paid billing period.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for our paid plans. We encourage you to use this trial period to ensure that ChatLane meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees paid after a trial period has concluded.
3. No-Refund Policy
Once a payment for a subscription is completed, it is final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for:
- Partially used subscription periods.
- Upgrade/downgrade refunds.
- Unused months on an annual plan.
- Cancellation of a subscription before the end of its term.
4. WhatsApp Conversation Charges
Fees related to per-message or per-conversation charges from Meta (WhatsApp) are passed through to you and are strictly non-refundable. These charges are determined by Meta's policies and are outside of ChatLane's control.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider granting a refund in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Such circumstances may include:
- A demonstrable technical error on our part that prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period.
- A billing error where you were overcharged.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must contact our support team at support@chatlane.com within 15 days of the payment date. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome.
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

Yes. Businesses can send promotional messages, but only to customers who have opted-in to receive them. This ensures a high-quality user experience. ChatLane provides tools to easily collect and manage these opt-ins, helping you run compliant and effective marketing campaigns.
How does WhatsApp's conversation-based pricing work?+-
Meta charges businesses per 24-hour conversation. A conversation includes all messages exchanged between you and a customer within a 24-hour window. The cost can vary depending on who initiates the conversation (business or user) and the user's country code. Our platform fees are separate from these Meta charges.
